Households Debt To GDP in Lithuania averaged 22.16 percent of GDP from 2003 until 2019, reaching an all time high of 32.60 percent of GDP in the fourth quarter of 2009 and a record low of 1.39 percent of GDP in the fourth quarter of 2003.
