Tanzania's annual core inflation, which excludes food and energy, eased to 2.2 percent in November 2019, its lowest level since September last year, from 2.6 percent in the preceding month. Core Inflation Rate in Tanzania averaged 4.20 percent from 2011 until 2019, reaching an all time high of 9.20 percent in August of 2012 and a record low of 1.30 percent in December of 2017.
