Air Transport Services
Air Transport Services Group, Inc. (ATSG) is a holding company. The Company leases aircraft and provides airline operations, ground handling services, aircraft modification and maintenance services, and other support services to the air transportation and logistics industries. Its segments include CAM and ACMI Services. Its CAM segment, which leases Boeing 777, 767, and 757 aircraft and aircraft engines. Its ACMI Services segment, which includes the cargo and passenger transportation operations of the three airlines. Its other business operations, which primarily provide support services to the transportation industry, include providing aircraft maintenance and modification services to customers, load transfer and sorting services as well as related equipment maintenance services. Through the Company's subsidiaries, it offers a range of complementary services to delivery companies, freight forwarders, e-commerce operators, airlines and government customers.
