The unemployment rate in Austria increased to 10.7 percent in February of 2021 from 8.1 percent in the corresponding month of the previous year, amid the ongoing pandemic restrictions. The number of unemployed increased by 102,995 to 436,982. In January, the jobless rate was slightly higher at 11.4 percent.
