It marked the lowest figure since January 2021 and the ninth consecutive month of a slowdown in producer inflation. Factory gate prices increased at a slower pace for agriculture, livestock, forestry, hunting and fishing (11.33% vs 18.74% in March) and manufacturing industries (10.36% vs 13.2%), while prices dropped further for mining and quarrying (-18.58% vs -16.13%).
