Producer prices in the French domestic markets jumped 1.4% month-over-month in December of 2022, from a downwardly revised 0.7% gain in November. Main upward pressure came from a sharp acceleration in prices of mining and quarrying products, energy and water (6.1% vs 3.8% in November). By contrast, prices of manufactured goods declined (-0.9% vs -0.7%).
