Koppers Holdings Inc. is an integrated global provider of treated wood products, wood treatment chemicals and carbon compounds. Its products and services are used in a variety of niche applications in a range of end-markets, including the railroad, specialty chemical, utility, residential lumber, agriculture, aluminum, steel, rubber, and construction industries. Its segments include Railroad and Utility Products and Services (RUPS), Performance Chemicals (PC) and Carbon Materials and Chemicals (CMC). Its RUPS business sells treated and untreated wood products, rail joint bars and services to the railroad markets in the United States and Canada and the utility markets in the United States and Australia.
