Montenegro’s current account deficit shrank to EUR 160 million in the first quarter of 2021 from EUR 322 million in the corresponding period of the previous year. All the balances have recorded an improvement, particularly the goods deficit which narrowed to EUR 322 million from EUR 425 million.
