It was the highest reading since July of 2019, as sentiment continued to improve among manufacturers (117.7 vs 114.9 in February), service providers (95.4 vs 94.8) and constructors (88.6 vs 86.8). Meanwhile, confidence waned among retailers (98.9 vs 102.4).

It was the highest reading since February before the pandemic, as sentiment improved among manufacturers (113.3 vs 107.6 in December) and service providers (89.8 vs 86.2). Meanwhile, confidence among constructors (85.9 vs 86.7) and retailers (96.2 vs 98.1) weakened.
